Reviews decide who walks in
People choose a restaurant, a barber, a garage or a dentist the same way now: they open the map, glance at the stars, and read two or three reviews. A business with forty reviews and a 4.8 gets the booking. The equally good one with six reviews does not.
The gap between those two businesses is almost never quality. It is friction. Happy customers are willing to leave a review — they just are not going to open an app, search for your name, scroll past three wrong results and type on a small keyboard. So they mean to, and then they don't.
What we make
We make the smallest possible thing that removes that friction: a tag with a chip in it, sitting exactly where the customer already is. They hold their phone to it, the review box opens, and it is done before the moment passes.
How we do it differently
Most tap-to-review products are sold with a subscription — you pay monthly for a link that redirects to your review page, and the card stops working the day you stop paying. We don't do that. We sell you the physical thing and show you how to write your own link to it, in two minutes, with a free app. It costs us a sale on recurring revenue and it saves you from renting something you should own.
