From box to first review in about two minutes
Your card or plaque arrives blank on purpose. The chip inside is yours to program, so the link is never locked to us and you can change it whenever you want — no account, no dashboard, no monthly fee.
Step 1 — Get your Google review link
Sign in to your Google Business Profile, open Read reviews → Get more reviews, and copy the short link Google gives you. It looks something like https://g.page/r/XXXXXXXX/review. That link opens the review box directly, with the stars already showing.
Step 2 — Install a free NFC writer app
We recommend NFC Tools, free on both the App Store and Google Play. Any NFC writing app will do.
Step 3 — Write the link to the chip
- Open the app and choose Write, then Add a record.
- Pick URL / URI and paste your review link.
- Tap Write, then hold your phone against the card or plaque until it confirms.
On iPhone, hold the top edge of the phone to the tag. On Android, the NFC antenna is usually in the middle of the back.
Step 4 — Put it where customers are
By the till, on the reception desk, on each table, inside the bill folder, on the studio mirror. The best spot is wherever someone is already standing still with their phone in their hand.
Step 5 — Ask
The tag does the work, but the ask still matters. A simple "if you had a good time, would you mind tapping this?" roughly doubles how often it gets used.

Write a new one over it. Our chips are rewritable, so the same card can point at Google today and your booking page next month.
Does the customer need an app?
No. Tapping opens their normal browser. Nothing is installed, and nothing is tracked by us.
