Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day.

Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, as EU distance-selling rules provide. Send the items back unused and in resalable condition and we will refund the purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or unreadable tags
If a chip will not take a write, or a tap does not register, tell us within 30 days and we will send a replacement at our cost — no need to return the original. Before you write to us, it is worth trying the tag without your phone case and checking that NFC is switched on in your phone's settings; that solves it most of the time.
Wrong or damaged delivery
Photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund it, your choice.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send the return address and instructions the same working day.
